Who are we hiring?
We are looking for a standout Customer Service Team Lead, with an approachable personality and excellent communication skills.
What we need from you:
- You MUST have customer service experience, specifically inbound/outbound communications
- The ability to lead by example, engaging others for overall success. Nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
- Clear, professional, friendly speaking voice
- Be a keen problem solver with the ability to think on your feet
- Be a self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative
- Multitasking is an absolute necessity with an ability to prioritise tasks
- The ability to work fast and accurately due to a large volume of work with many variables that change daily
- Strive to achieve goals using approved scripts, strategies and technology
- Familiarity with the Plumbing and Electrical Industry would also be a plus but is not required. We can train the right person!
