Our Team is Growing, and we are seeking a motivated, self-starter to join our team. As a Service Coordinator/Dispatcher, you will help manage our service schedules, understand the customer’s needs, prioritise the urgency of the need, and assign technicians to address the customer’s needs.

Job Summary:

• Liaise with customers on a daily basis.
• Answering phone calls from technicians and providing information on the next job.
• Follow up on all pending works with technicians and customers to ensure timely completion.
• Learning technicians’ strengths and working to dispatch the right technician to the right job.
• Support other dispatch departments and customer service team along with management, assisting with general administrative tasks as required.
• Maintain daily dispatch tracking sheet.

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Exhibit professional and courteous telephone etiquette.
• Multi-tasking capability and time management skills 
• Ability to self-govern with accountability to procedures and processes.
• Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and understand the importance of a supportive and collaborative work environment.
